New dry rectification machine

Built with the highest quality materials and fully automated, TORNADO from ANCORA / Gruppo B&T is the new dry rectification machine for large productions designed for the ceramics industry. An extremely sturdy and stable machine, its placement at the kiln outfeed ensures a more efficient squaring process resulting in significant lower logistics and management costs and also maximised productivity (reaching numbers in the order of 20,000 m² /day).
With the new laser system, the grinding process can be measured and controlled in real time, with automatic intervention in the event of errors, which guarantees continuous accurate grinding over time. All of this, of course, has advantages for the environment, as TORNADO brings with it lower energy consumption, in addition to lower operating costs and simpler and cheaper maintenance.

Productivity

TORNADO can be placed at the kiln exit, making the rectification process more efficient. The result is a considerable reduction in logistics and management costs and the maximization of productivity: 20.000 m²/day.

Patented Laser System

Once the recipe and process management have been set, the new laser system patented by Ancora allows to measure and control the material removal process of the tool independently and intervenes in the event of errors, with the consequent guarantee of precise and continuous removal over time.

Centering

The new machine inlet and the innovative patented belt ensure perfect centering and very high stability of the pieces.

Smart Software

The new EASY-STEP software, extremely intuitive and easy to use, guarantees continuous updating of the machine-production status.
