It is with great excitement that we announce that our new kiln is already operating.
This high-performance industrial equipment is part of what is now known today as Industry 4.0.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, it features production process control software that enables real-time production data and is simultaneously supported by robots for material handling.

Sustentability

With focus on environmental respect, this kiln was designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact, without compromising the quality of the final product.
. With perfect air/gas combustion, it uses up to 15% of hydrogen;
. Equipped with heat recovery systems for greater energy efficiency;
. Heat utilization for its own burners;
. Hot air recovery for peripheral equipments, such as dryers in the production process;
. Production of hot air for the ceramic powder atomization process.
